About the PRS SE Hollowbody II Piezo

Unlike most PRS electrics, which build feedback resistance through a solid or lightly chambered body, the Hollowbody II Piezo is genuinely hollow - a carved, laminated maple top and back with flame maple veneer, mahogany sides, and f-holes that make the construction visible rather than just implied. What keeps that hollow cavity from howling at stage volume is a mahogany center post running through the body, coupling top to back the way a sustain block does in a semi-hollow design, just without filling the whole cavity.
