Casio AP-470 Celviano

About the Casio AP-470 Celviano

The AP-470 shares the Celviano line's core commitment to acoustic-piano substitution - fixed cabinet, scaled hammer-action keyboard, integrated pedal unit - while adding a more advanced speaker configuration and additional voice and effect options than the entry AP-270 offers. This mid-tier positioning matters for buyers who've decided they want a permanent cabinet piano rather than a portable option, but need more sound depth and customization than an entry-level cabinet model provides.

Casio structures its Celviano range in clear tiers precisely so a buyer can match instrument capability to budget and playing level without needing to jump straight to the flagship Grand Hybrid models, and the AP-470 represents that middle ground for a serious home player.
